New York City Baking Demonstration with Hungarian Pastry Chef László Mihályi 11/03/2009

Chef László Mihályi, former head pastry chef of Sofitel Budapest and is one of Hungary?s most celebrated pastry chefs. His demonstration at the French Culinary Institute featured Dobos dessert (Dobos sponge cake, fine cocoa cream and caramelized sugar) and Esyterházy cake (a flour-less walnut biscuit, French walnut butter cream with cointreau).
