New York City Cooking Demonstration and Tasting with Hungarian Chef Attila Bicsár at the French Culinary Institute 02/26/2009

Chef Attila Bicsár hails from one of the best culinary addresses in Budapest, the restaurant Alabárdos. His cooking demonstration was held at the International Culinary Theater of the French Culinary Institute, the birthplace of brilliant careers in the food business.
